By using paw-leaf.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing. We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, colours, and prices, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund where payment was taken.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Colours. Screen colours may differ slightly from actual products.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Paw&Leaf name — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Paw&Leaf isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
